Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets
- Uphold the principles of Fair Customer Treatment
- Direct every client to the Protection Team for comprehensive advice
- Adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and submission protocols
- Maintain a structured daily routine
- Foster relationships with Foxtons colleagues within the office environment
Performance Metrics:
- Volume of mortgage cases handled
- Key Performance Indicators – file audit scores, assessment results, case evaluations

Work Environment:
This position will require working from our Central London office for four days a week, with one day allocated for remote work.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills:
A minimum of one year of experience with full CeMap qualifications.
