Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our reputable client, providing essential support to the Estimating team. The role is structured around a standard workweek, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The salary range for this position is between £28,000 and £35,000 annually, contingent upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Estimating team.
- Ensure all incoming tenders comply with specified requirements, maintain an updated notification sheet, and manage the organization and filing of tender documents.
- Engage with subcontractors to assess their interest in pricing, solicit quotations, and follow up on outstanding quotes.
- Perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks to bolster team efficiency.
