About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Peripatetic Worker to join our team at Solace Women's Aid. As a key member of our Peripatetic Team, you will provide non-judgmental, confidential, and trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic and sexual abuse across various London Boroughs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide risk assessment, safety planning, and individual support plans for survivors
  • Work in a variety of roles across Solace's services, including crisis intervention and front-line support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with survivors, colleagues, and external partners
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the Peripatetic Team
  • Embody the values of Solace Women's Aid, including feminism, intersectionality, and trauma-informed practice
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting survivors of domestic and sexual abuse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across different services and locations
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development
