About the Role

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nursing Associate to join our Home Based Treatment Team.

The successful candidate will work in the community with people experiencing acute mental health distress, supporting individuals in their own homes to avoid hospital admission and facilitate early discharge from hospital.

Main Responsibilities

The team is looking for a registered nurse associate with excellent clinical skills, a good working knowledge of mental health and community services, and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be proactive, innovative, and able to provide quality care, with a focus on supporting service users and carers.
