The remuneration for this permanent Senior Physiotherapy Specialist position ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 annually.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of neurorehabilitation patients, including tasks such as admission assessments, goal-setting, treatment planning, equipment provision, orthotics, and discharge planning.
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to neuro patients.
Provide clinical support across various hospital areas, including PICU, orthopaedic surgery, and cardio-thoracic surgery.
Utilise expert clinical reasoning to deliver specialist interventions, support, and advice to patients, ensuring best practice is consistently applied.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and concise treatment records detailing each patient's treatment plan and progress.
Ensure physiotherapy sessions start on time and that patients are appropriately charged for their treatment.
Work flexibly according to the service's needs, participating in the out-of-hours, weekend, and standby service as required.
Requirements for the Senior Physiotherapy Specialist:
Hold a degree in Physiotherapy.
Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Possess extensive specialist experience in paediatric neurology and rehabilitation.
Demonstrated experience working in both in-patient and out-patient settings within an acute hospital environment.
Experience working across various physiotherapy disciplines, including rotational roles.
