Commercial Finance Broker Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Finance Broker

Location: Bristol

Type: Permanent

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Per Annum (£4.5k Car allowance, Commission & other benefits)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to join our team at Dobson Welch. As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing, expanding, or refinancing their business(es) by arranging commercial mortgages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and presenting debt facilities to clients
  • Generating business from our client database of registered business purchasers and existing operators
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with prospective clients to ensure our client is foremost in their minds for any business finance opportunity
  • Preparing and submitting quality applications for finance on behalf of clients
  • Maintaining professional expertise through course attendance, reading of financial journals, and further training in line with but not limited to CF CPD requirements
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Finance Broker with a proven track record of selling commercial mortgages to customers. You should have a strong understanding of commercial property finance and be able to communicate effectively with clients.
