We are currently seeking a Full-time Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team leaders to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
  • Manage daily staff schedules effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute daily production reports.
  • Monitor machine and operator performance against established targets, collaborating with maintenance and staff to address any shortfalls.
  • Inspire and guide production operators to meet and exceed targets.
  • Record hourly output and other machine data accurately.
  • Lead supervisory rounds during shifts.
  • Track attendance and report any issues promptly.
  • Ensure training records are current and conduct necessary training sessions.
  • Coordinate with Despatch, Distribution, and In-check departments to schedule work based on product line requirements.
  • Manage staff breaks to maintain continuous operation of machinery and meet production deadlines.
  • Oversee the management of rags and rewash items, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Actively promote health and safety practices, reporting safety observations and near misses.
  • Address grievances and conduct investigations in collaboration with the HR department as needed.
  • Maintain facility standards and housekeeping in accordance with audit requirements, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Stay informed on current standards (ISO/RABC) through ongoing internal and external training, including I.S E.N 14065:2016, I.S E.N 9001:2015, I.S E.N 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007.
  • Ensure quality documentation is controlled and meets the high standards required by our high-tech and pharmaceutical clients.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
