Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse facility and ensuring that all materials are stored, picked, and distributed in a timely manner.
About the Role
- Manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and systems to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Evaluate warehouse performance using key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming materials, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
