About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our M&E cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties
  • Provide pre and post-contract advice to clients
  • Ensure the highest quality service delivery to clients
  • Provide high-quality MEP cost advice on complex projects across various sectors
  • Guide, care, and mentor supporting staff

  • Technical leadership: providing stakeholders with specialized M&E advice, broadening your legal and technical knowledge, and participating in training initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems, their associated costs, and/or where such costs can be determined
  • Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of MEP cost management services
  • Ability to advise clients on key MEP cost drivers, project costs, and value engineering
  • Feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services
  • Effective and efficient knowledge of a range of project procurement options
  • Ability to work with the minimum of supervision
  • Experienced in client, consultant, and contractor-facing roles and working as a member of a busy team
  • Excellent communication skills
