Ecommerce Trading Manager - Fashion - 12 Month FTC

Up to £52,000

Salt has partnered with a leading fashion brand to drive their ecommerce trading strategy. As the Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales and growth.

This role will see you working closely with the Head of Ecommerce, sitting within the wider Ecommerce Team. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 people and driving the performance of the Womenswear category online. You will share insights and highlight opportunities to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales and growth.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to drive sales and growth.
  • Oversee site optimisation through effective merchandising and product discoverability.
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting to track performance.
  • Collaborate with wider teams, including supply chain, marketing, merch and buying.
  • Help to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ecommerce trading with a fashion background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
