Fashion Ecommerce Trading Manager

Salt is partnering with a leading fashion brand to drive their ecommerce trading strategy. As the Fashion Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will be responsible for leading the performance of their womenswear category online.

You will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce and the wider ecommerce team to develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy. This will involve conducting competitor analysis, identifying opportunities and threats to the business, and collaborating with supply chain, marketing, merch, and buying teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing ecommerce strategies to drive sales and growth
  • Leading a team of 2-3 to manage the womenswear category online
  • Conducting competitor analysis and identifying opportunities and threats to the business
  • Collaborating with supply chain, marketing, merch, and buying teams
  • Helping to plan and execute promotional campaigns

The ideal candidate will have a fashion ecommerce trading background with experience in managing a team to come in and hit the ground running immediately. Strong ecommerce experience at management level, commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
