Do you possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgage operations?

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with service providers, financial institutions, legal representatives, and intermediaries to gather updates on application progress.
- Proactively manage mortgage and protection applications through to successful completion.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Schedule appointments as necessary.
- Process submissions for mortgage and protection applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage operations.
- Proven ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exhibit a confident telephone demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in computer applications, with experience in Google Workspace preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Must hold at least CeMAP 1 or an equivalent qualification.
