This is a full-time, permanent role with Corepeople Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency. The position is based in a busy office environment.
The Role:
As a Commercial Assistant, you will be working in a dynamic team to collate information related to completed projects. Using a pricing matrix, you will create accurate invoices and send them to clients. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Integrating daily job completion reports and creating daily valuation sheets.
- Uploading job sheets to client systems and performing pricing valuations.
- Entering data onto client systems for submission.
- Analyzing daily job completion data and generating weekly reports on commercial performance.
- Presenting this information at team meetings.
- Investigating pricing queries raised by clients and ensuring prompt responses.
- Monitoring trends to identify areas for improvement in systems and processes.
- Developing an understanding of contracts and how terms and rates are applied.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a strong head for working with figures and ideally some financial experience. They must also have excellent Excel skills.
Remuneration:
The salary for this position is £26,000 to £27,000 per annum.
