Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Data Management: Collect and maintain accurate data for tender processes and pricing, ensuring up-to-date information for marketing purposes.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data is current and accurate for marketing campaigns.
- Website Management: Update our company website with current promotions and information, ensuring a professional online presence.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the Account Manager as necessary.
- Support to Sales Team: Provide administrative support to our sales team, enabling them to maximize sales opportunities with customers and prospects.
- Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, utilizing project management skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative support, data management, and CRM management.
