Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for fans and creators on the Fanvue platform
  • Address customer inquiries swiftly and effectively
  • Ensure our customer support services are of the highest standard
  • Serve as an escalation point for customers facing payment, login, or payout challenges
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and CFO to resolve payment-related issues promptly
  • Support the Head of Support in executing new strategies and enhancing customer service protocols
  • Contribute to the improvement of first contact resolution and overall processes
  • Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
