Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for fans and creators on the Fanvue platform
- Address customer inquiries swiftly and effectively
- Ensure our customer support services are of the highest standard
- Serve as an escalation point for customers facing payment, login, or payout challenges
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and CFO to resolve payment-related issues promptly
- Support the Head of Support in executing new strategies and enhancing customer service protocols
- Contribute to the improvement of first contact resolution and overall processes
- Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
