Proposals Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposals Coordinator to join our team at Urecruit. As a Proposals Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality submission documents for all bids. Your previous experience working for a recognised main contractor involved in £multi million new build and refurbishment schemes will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality submission documents for all bids
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bid documents meet client requirements
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide support to the proposals team as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working for a recognised main contractor involved in £multi million new build and refurbishment schemes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
