About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design and Sales Professional to join our team at Simon Acres Recruitment. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through your design and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Design and present high-quality kitchen designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their budget and requirements, and provide tailored design solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and design, with a strong understanding of kitchen design principles and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in CAD design software and Microsoft Office applications.
