About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team at Simon Acres Recruitment. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for designing and selling kitchen solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and present kitchen solutions to clients, taking into account their needs and preferences.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design requirements and provide detailed quotations.
  • Conduct surveys at clients' homes to gather information and provide detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Manage customer projects and expectations from initiation to completion.
  • Work with fitting teams and project manage installations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in high-end sales and design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand clients' needs.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure with strong organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to convert designs into sales.
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and positive. Confident & Likeable Personality.
