Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and ambitious Faculty Dean to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving performance improvements in teaching and learning, and for developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve our academic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a vision for teaching and learning that aligns with the school's academic goals and priorities.
- Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in teaching and learning, and develop and implement strategies to address these areas.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies, and to communicate these strategies to students and parents.
- Resource Management: Manage resources effectively to support teaching and learning, including budgeting and personnel management.
