Senior Clinical Therapist

Kismet Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Therapist/Senior Practitioner Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our Inclusion Thurrock Early Intervention in Psychosis (EiP) and At Risk Mental States (ARMS) Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to patients with complex mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide NICE-compliant therapeutic services to patients with a wide range of mental health problems, maintaining high professional standards of clinical judgment and application of complex skills.
- Be accountable to the East of England Systems Lead for the provision of services described in the job description of staff within the service.
- Contribute to relevant Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs), attend team meetings, and contribute to the team's processes and functions. Liaise and work with other areas/teams and services as agreed with the senior leadership team.
- Provide expertise, advice, and support to facilitate the effective and appropriate provision of psychological care by all members of the treatment team.
- Relevant practitioner psychologist qualification (HCPC registered) or CBT for Psychosis & Bipolar qualification (BABCP Accredited).
- Substantial experience in working with patients with psychosis/bipolar or an at risk mental state.
- Relevant experience suitable for a senior post that pertains to supervising clinicians working with the aforementioned client group.
