Job Title: Customer Loyalty Advisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Loyalty Advisor to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with existing customers to sell our products and services to B2B customers based on client needs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with UK-based SMEs to drive sales from initial contact to closing.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to established strategies, call KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Leverage CRM systems to effectively manage sales opportunities, track customer interactions, and maximise sales potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales support/operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales to fulfilment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment within a sales-focused industry.
- Negotiation/objection handling skills.
- Competent with all Microsoft packages.
- Ability to understand, analyse, and interpret data.
- Take ownership of issues and follow through to conclusion.
- Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
