About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Sadler Recruitment. Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including paid and organic social media, PPC, and digital content marketing.
  • Email Marketing
    • Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy for our B2C audience that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
  • Social Media
    • Create and communicate social-first strategies across a range of social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest etc, including setting the targets for campaign success.
    • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement and performance tracking.
    • Manage the ideation and production of high-quality social content across both our internal team and a network of creators.
  • Web
    • Work alongside the e-commerce manager to optimise landing pages for wider campaigns.
    • Deliver engaging blog content that leverages SEO, and connects industry trends and brand audience to the website.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content and drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Exceptional creative skills and a knack for storytelling, with a keen eye for design, photography and videography.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, passionate about staying ahead of the curve and exploring new trends and technologies.
  • Educated to degree level or with proven commercial experience.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience with paid social media marketing, digital content creation and PPC.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative suite for image and video editing.
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Tag Manager.
