Store Manager

Sue Ryder is a leading charity retailer seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Bourton-on-the-Water shop.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, and leading a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and leading teams to success.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail management role, with a strong understanding of merchandising, stock management, and customer service.

You will be responsible for:

  5. Managing budgets and finances
