Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join our expanding Procurement team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of our supply chain, associated contracts, assurance, and contract register.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the new supplier setup process, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Maintain the Group's contract register, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organisation to promote a strong culture of compliant procurement and effective supply chain management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Produce high-quality corporate reports, including financial, procurement, and compliance-related documents.
  • Utilize strong administration skills and attention to detail to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Travel to our Group offices and other locations as needed, with occasional overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, such as procurement or audit.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
