The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team in Waterlooville. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with complex SEMH needs in a variety of classroom roles
  • Prepare learning materials and run classroom activities
  • Take responsibility for pupils' emotional and physical needs
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individual learning plans
Requirements
  • Maths and English GCSE desirable
  • Previous experience in a school setting
  • Ability to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors
