Children's Home Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our new 3 bed home and further 2 3 bed homes in Durham. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing children's services, dealing with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee home management and register with Ofsted
- Maintain exceptional care standards for children and young people
- Manage referrals and ensure appropriate placements autonomously
- Conduct reviews and facilitate meetings
- Ensure thorough staff induction, supervise trained personnel, provide mentorship, and conduct assessments
- Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum (negotiable)
