About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cadet Leader. As a Cadet Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting and mentoring our young cadets as they embark on their journey into policing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and coaching to cadets in areas such as police procedure, criminal law, and crime prevention.
  • Participate in team-building activities and local community events to foster a sense of camaraderie and community engagement.
  • Work closely with the cadet team to develop the skills and character of our young cadets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with volunteers, young people, or youth groups.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to motivate a team of young people to achieve a set objective.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
