About the Role:
Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swimming Teacher. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping and growing the swimming abilities of future generations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to participants of all ages and abilities.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of Fusion's Swim Programme.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Comply with Fusion's Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times, and ensure all concerns of a child safeguarding nature are referred in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure all lessons are delivered safely and effectively, meeting regulations and guidance.
- Contribute to the development of the swim lesson programme, identifying opportunities to improve and enhance the service.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an individual who is passionate about swimming and teaching, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. No experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
Training and Development:
Fusion Lifestyle offers a funded training opportunity for successful candidates, providing the opportunity to gain a STA Award qualification. This will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to become a confident and effective Swimming Teacher.
