Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the lettings team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Monitor, assess, and coach individual team member performance to drive productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with the highest regulatory standards and industry best practices
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage tenancy extensions and renewals, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants and landlords
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair issues with contractors, prioritizing timely resolutions
  • Handle deposit returns and rental arrears, maintaining open communication with tenants and landlords
  • Process eviction requests in accordance with legal guidelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, fostering a positive and respectful environment
  • Manage complaints effectively, resolving issues promptly and fairly
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including thorough inventory reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Property Manager
  • Ability to create a positive team spirit and drive collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation and industry trends
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Basic IT proficiency, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Driving license, with a valid UK license
