Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team as a Regional Property Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties across East Anglia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of site visits, issues, and actions taken.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations affecting leasehold properties.
- Collaborate with the Client Finance team to manage service charge budgets and ensure compliance with lease requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders to promote a positive service experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels and implement innovative solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and codes of practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Block/Property Manager role.
- Knowledge of legislation relating to leasehold property.
