  • Manage a Varied Caseload: You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estates.
  • Provide Expert Legal Advice: You will provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met with a high standard of service.
  • Draft and Review Legal Documents: You will draft and review legal documents such as Wills and Trusts.
  • Conduct Client Meetings: You will conduct client meetings, offering clear and concise advice on complex issues related to estate planning, tax, and succession planning.
  • Liaise with Other Professionals: You will liaise with other professionals, such as accountants and financial advisors, to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Supervise and Mentor Junior Staff: Depending on your experience level, you will supervise and mentor junior staff.
  • Participate in Networking Activity: You will actively participate in occasional networking activity to promote the firm's Private Client services.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor: You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE or 6+ years PQE in Private Client law.
  • Strong Experience: You must have strong experience in handling a mix of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estates.
  • Competitive Salary: You will receive a competitive salary from £45,000 - for those with 3 PQE, increasing with more experience, exposure and any supervisory experience.
