Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Chichester. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will provide expert support to our principal, enabling them to deliver exceptional legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide secretarial and administrative support to our principal, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the preparation of wills, lasting powers of attorney, and administration of estates.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and onboard new clients.
- Audio typing, dictation, and producing documents, including wills and LPAs.
- General secretarial and administration duties, including answering the telephone and liaising with clients and third parties.
- Financial matters, such as requesting monies, preparing estate accounts, and completing posting slips for making payments.
- Excellent academic record and typing skills.
- Previous experience within the legal profession, with a strong understanding of Private Client Law.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and ability, and a full-time office-based role working 9 am to 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday, at our Chichester office.
