We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Preston area.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality person-centered care and will be responsible for ensuring that our service users receive the best possible support to live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent care and support to service users
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and support
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 and the opportunity to work for a reputable organization that values its staff and service users.
