About the Role

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Exam Centre Assistants. As an Exam Centre Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our exam centres in central London and Croydon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet exam candidates, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Ensure all exam regulations are adhered to, maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity
  • Escort candidates through the exam centre, ensuring they arrive at their designated exam room on time
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to any queries or concerns
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality or retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with availability, including weekend and weekday shifts
