Technical Manager

ROLE: Technical Manager

SALARY: £50,000 - 65,000 (dependent on skills/experience)

LOCATION: Cheshire (Hybrid)

About the Company:

Zitko Consulting Ltd is a pioneering company specialising in the development of CPIM (Centralised Platform for Integration & Monitoring). This innovative platform seamlessly integrates various hardware systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intruder detection, both on-premises and across multiple sites through a cloud portal.

The Role:

The position is officially titled Tech Support Manager, but in the early stages of our company, you will wear many hats encompassing Tech Support, Pre-Sales, QA Testing, and Integration Interpretation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of the CEO and CTO.
  • Deliver deployment support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our CPIM platform.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide pre-sales support to customers, including demonstrations and technical briefings.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the platform meets the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
