About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and provide feedback and guidance to ensure they are meeting their goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in the development of the company's technical strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical delivery role, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
