We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Services in Forth Valley. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services by local authority and NHS staff, and will play a critical role in shaping the future of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Directly manage 5 Service Managers covering both inpatient and community mental health services for adults
- Report to the Director of Psychological Services, Mental Health & Learning Disabilities
- Oversee the delivery of services by local authority and NHS staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Collaborate with senior colleagues in Nursing, Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work, Pharmacy, and the Allied Health Professions
- Post-graduate level education in a relevant health or management field
- Significant experience of operational, including financial, management
- Good understanding of both health and social care services
- Background within a Health & Social Care Partnership would be advantageous
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery
