Site Director, Quality Assurance

Kip Happy Stays is a leading provider of pet care services across Australia, setting the benchmark for excellence in the industry. As a Site Director, Quality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every pet receives the ultimate in care and enrichment during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Assume overall responsibility for site operations, driving growth and mentoring the team to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to spearhead initiatives that promote exceptional care and enrichment for all dogs using the daycare service.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and quality of care, ensuring a positive experience for pet owners.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain social media pages and field customer enquiries, providing timely and effective responses.
- Conduct regular staff training and guidance, ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Assess property needs, including maintenance and repairs, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for pets.
- Manage monthly inventory and maintain accurate records, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
- Act promptly and investigate any animal health concerns, ensuring the well-being of pets in our care.
- Previous paid animal care experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Management of site-based operations is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills, a can-do attitude, and initiative to exceed outcomes and expectations at high quality.
- Competent with computer systems, with intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
