Job Title: Quality Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions at our Blackburn site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure consistent quality from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and other standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and optimize production processes.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.
  • Prepare quality reports for stakeholders and manage recertification efforts for ISO 9001 and other key standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP standards.
  • Experience leading audits, managing quality teams, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
