About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Careeraddict. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with external certification bodies such as UKAS, British Standards Institute, Safe Contractor, and manage, report, and close out any findings from external certification audits.
  • Conduct audits on technical systems, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure they understand quality management principles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a technical or auditing role.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality management goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
