We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Manager to join our team at Adventure Leisure - Mr Mulligan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centre Operations: Ensure that the centre is run efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of safety, service, and quality.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Be customer-facing on shifts and provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Enquiries and Sales: Manage enquiries from customers, promoting our services and products to local businesses and individuals.
- Team Development: Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of management experience in a similar role, preferably in the leisure industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field, such as hospitality or business management.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £23 per hour.

Working Hours:
- Shift Patterns: 8 hour shifts, including day shifts, Monday to Friday, and night shifts.
