Data Centre Security Officer

**Job Summary**
ICTS Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Security Officer to join our team in a Control Room Operative role. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for monitoring alarms and coordinating security responses for our Data Centre clients in the UK.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet performance targets for alarm response and ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
- Coordinate manned guarding teams to respond to issues and ensure the safety and security of our clients' data centres.
- Proactively identify risk and escalate any concerns to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' assets.
- Audit and identify any faulty equipment to minimize risks to our clients.
- Liaise with emergency services based on fire, intruder, and duress alarm activations.
**Requirements**
- Experience working in alarm monitoring in a multi-functional control room.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to deliver high-quality incident reports.
- Competent IT skills, using packages such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web applications.
- Five years' checkable history and references.
- To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
- Willingness to take development training to further your skillset.
