About The Role

Motability Operations Limited is seeking a highly skilled Agency Analyst to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Agency Analyst, your role will be pivotal to the Customer Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to proactively discover and incorporate policy and process enhancements.
  • CTR Process Support: Assist the CTR process by submitting CTRs, creating test scripts, testing, and training staff on new features or functionality.
  • OAS Report Maintenance: Sustain a suite of OAS reports and conduct regression testing after each system upgrade.
  • Maintenance and Control Schedules: Continuously evaluate and develop maintenance and control schedules to support Customer Accounts Department objectives.
  • Ledger Management: Maintain DWP/Veterans/SG ledgers through identifying and executing bulk clean-up activities.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient understanding of Alfa, Genesys & Microsoft packages, familiarity with OAS or a similar reporting tool, and capability to generate and access reports independently in OAS or a similar reporting tool.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong reconciliation abilities and attention to detail, advanced proficiency in Excel, and proficiency in working with extensive datasets, organizing, and handling data in Excel and OAS.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborative team player who engages with other departments and functions, and proficiency in resolving intricate queries.
