Role Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Sales Leader to join our MINI dealership team in Salisbury. This pivotal role will leverage your sales management expertise to guide the team towards achieving optimal customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business, this is an exceptional opportunity to represent a prestigious brand within a leading automotive group. You will manage a team of Sales Executives and Transaction Managers, driving both team performance and business growth. A background in budgeting and forecasting is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Sales Executives and Transaction Manager.
  • Inspiring the team to achieve favorable customer outcomes while meeting weekly sales objectives for vehicles, financing, and insurance products.
  • Engaging with customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Promoting the dealership's vehicle offerings and services both in-person and online.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service that consistently leads to high satisfaction ratings.
  • Preparing finance proposals that align with the best interests of our customers.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess prior experience as a sales manager in the automotive sector, ideally within a main dealership setting. Additionally, you will demonstrate:
