Key Responsibilities- Customer Feedback Analysis: Compile and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to meet the requirements of the MEH Alliance Joint Venture.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Ensure timely scheduling of service appointments, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
- Reporting and Documentation: Monitor and report on the timely completion of service and repair tasks, maintain accurate logs of stakeholder interactions, and generate reports on the efficient allocation of resources.
- Workload Management: Ensure an equitable distribution of workload among the service and repair teams, and maintain accurate and complete documentation of service and repair activities.
- Technical Support: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of technical support provided to technicians, and generate reports on inventory levels and parts supply management.
- Compliance and Safety: Monitor compliance with project and industry regulations, company safety procedures, and document any safety incidents with corrective actions taken.
- Performance Metrics: Generate reports on performance metrics such as response time and completion time, and develop and implement plans for optimizing service and repair coordination processes.
- Training and Development: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for continuous improvement, and provide reports on collaboration with other departments.
- Experience: Proven experience in a service and maintenance coordination role, with a good understanding of the hire industry.
- Certifications: Ability to achieve BPSS clearance and hold a CCNSG Safety passport.
