About the Role
We are a dynamic property investment company, Hyhurst, seeking an experienced Multi Trade Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance callouts to address any issues or concerns
- Planned maintenance to prevent potential problems
- Refurbishments to enhance the value and appeal of our properties
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years industry experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use your own initiative to assess, diagnose, and apply appropriate solutions
- Strong general knowledge of all trades, with a bias towards carpentry
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to be self-motivated, reliable, and prompt
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm to work hard and be an asset to our team
- Ability to use remote IT to report and update job sheets
