Carpenter and Joiner

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter and Joiner to join our team in Lincoln, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work to our properties.
As a Carpenter and Joiner, you will work efficiently and safely to achieve excellent customer experience, receiving and completing assigned tasks using a handheld device. You will also be responsible for undertaking exclusion works and other trade repairs.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to hold a level 2 trade NVQ or level 2 City and Guilds qualification, with excellent working H & S knowledge. You will also need to be customer-focused, with experience of working in both occupied and void properties.
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
