We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS3-KS4 Maths Teacher (QTS) to join our team at GSL Education. As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to shape the futures of KS3-KS4 students within a supportive and enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized learning plans for KS3-KS4 students to cater to their individual needs.
- Work closely with educational psychologists and speech therapists to develop comprehensive support strategies.
- Foster an environment where students feel valued and supported, promoting a positive and inclusive learning experience.
- Continuously monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods and resources to meet individual needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maths Teacher (QTS) is essential.
- Develop various strategies to ensure student development and progress.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
