About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Clinical Support Services Division and providing financial expertise to our directorates.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Deputy and Divisional Head of Finance to develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. You will also be responsible for providing financial advice and guidance to our clinical directors and other stakeholders, ensuring that our financial decisions are informed and aligned with our strategic objectives.

In addition to your technical skills and expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clinical teams and other stakeholders. You will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the Clinical Support Services Division
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clinical directors and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Deputy and Divisional Head of Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Build strong relationships with clinical teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
