As a Delivery Manager, your role will be pivotal in guiding and motivating your team to excel in stock processing and maintaining an organized stockroom while meeting performance benchmarks. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Lead a team to ensure exceptional stock processing and stockroom management in a commercial and operationally effective environment, consistently meeting performance objectives. Take a proactive role in all operational tasks by collaborating with your team and providing support to sales and store management as necessary. Foster a culture of support, motivation, and inspiration, ensuring your team operates at their highest potential. Oversee the efficiency of stockroom operations by continuously enhancing processes, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions to uphold the highest standards. Strive to guarantee that our well-presented stock is readily accessible to customers promptly.
